Does anyone else have Myleodysplastic syndrome as well as PSA [psoriatic arthritis]? I am severely neutropenic but starting sekunimab [secukinumab] Monday. Apparently the untreated PSA is helping drive the blood cancer.

Constant dry skin and dandruff

I have managed to get my scalp patches under control but I am left with constant dry skin and dandruff and I really don’t know what to do. I can’t touch my head without flakes dropping onto my clothes. I use Betacap on flare ups and use a shampoo but dont know what to do for the best now. I hate it. How do I know what I should I do next.
