The Lattice System Physician’s Global Assessment is a segmented scoring system where the body surface area (BSA) measurement is used i.e. one palm equals 1% body surface for small amounts of psoriasis but as the areas increase a larger area is identified such as quarter of the body, half of the body with clear indication of skin elevation, redness and severity of scaly skin.
