I've had psoriasis for 3-4 years it's full body. It came on with stress; I've tried the creams and sprays, not much of an affect on condition. Light therapy works great but only for a short time. I've been on dimethyl fumarate, which worked great nearly fully cleared, but my blood results caused it to be stopped. Gone back on to light therapy till blood levels settle back to normal, and then I'll be starting the main tablet treatment methotrexate. Fingers crossed it will suit me, I'll keep you informed. PS coming off voltoral is painful in every joint, just be warned folks
